1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website and my freelance services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this website or engage my services.
2. Freelance Services & Agreements
I provide freelance web design, frontend development, and branding services. All projects are subject to an initial consultation, followed by a formal agreement or project proposal before any work begins.
The scope of work, project timeline, deliverables, and pricing will be clearly outlined and agreed upon by both parties. Any tasks requested outside of the agreed scope will require a separate agreement and additional compensation.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the timely completion of the project, clients are expected to provide clear requirements, prompt feedback, and all necessary assets (such as text copy, images, branding guidelines, and server access) required for the development process.
Significant delays in providing feedback or assets may result in adjustments to the project timeline and delivery date.
4. Intellectual Property & Ownership
The original content, layout, and source code of this portfolio website are owned by me.
For client projects: Upon completion of the project and receipt of full payment, the client generally assumes ownership of the final deliverables, unless otherwise specified in the project contract. I reserve the right to display the completed work in my portfolio and marketing materials as an example of my past work.
5. Revisions and Modifications
Each project includes a predefined number of revision rounds as outlined in the initial proposal. A "revision" constitutes minor adjustments to the existing design or layout. Major shifts in design direction or structural changes requested after the initial approval may incur extra charges.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement. A standard structure typically involves a non-refundable upfront deposit before work commences, with the remaining balance due upon project completion and before the final handover of source files or live deployment.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall I be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the services, or any bugs/downtime experienced by the final delivered product after handover.
8. Contact Information
If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact me through the contact form on my portfolio website.
